This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the SpotPix mobile application ("SpotPix", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

SpotPix helps you browse and organize photos and videos by place, date, trip, route, and memory. It can read selected information from your device's Photos library, build a local memory map, create trip timelines, resolve place names, let you manually refine locations, write notes, and generate share cards.
SpotPix is designed as a local-first personal memory tool. The current version does not provide user accounts, cloud sync operated by SpotPix, social networking, advertising, or paid subscriptions.
Subject to this Agreement and the App Store terms that apply to your download, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control.
You may not:
"Your Content" includes photos, videos, dates, locations, notes, trip titles, manual location edits, generated share cards, and other information you view, create, or organize through the App.
You keep ownership of Your Content. SpotPix does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, notes, or generated personal memory materials.
You are responsible for Your Content, including whether you have the right to view, store, edit, save, or share it. If you share a generated card or image, make sure you are comfortable sharing any visible photos, dates, routes, place names, or personal information shown in it.
